When reporting a recording issue
Please include the Mac OS version, Mac model, capture type, selected profile, audio mode, expected result, and what happened instead. Do not send private recordings unless support specifically asks for a sample and you are comfortable sharing it.
Permissions
FlowCap uses Mac OS Screen Recording permission to capture video and system sound. Microphone permission is optional and is only needed for Microphone or System + Mic recording. The first-run guide can help you open System Settings and confirm the active recording shortcut.
Diagnostics
Third-party crash uploading is currently disabled in early builds. If you contact support, include only the details and sample recordings you are comfortable sharing.
