FlowCap is designed as a local Mac screen recorder. This policy explains what data the app handles and how VisionFlow Apps uses support and diagnostic information.
Recordings
FlowCap records video files locally on your Mac. VisionFlow Apps does not receive your recordings, screenshots, window content, or file contents unless you choose to send them to support.
Permissions
FlowCap may request Mac OS permissions required for recording, including Screen Recording and optional Microphone permission. Screen Recording is used for video capture and system sound. Microphone permission is requested only when you choose Microphone or System + Mic recording.
Diagnostics
Third-party crash uploading is currently disabled in early builds. FlowCap relies on Apple crash and metrics reporting where available, plus local error handling and support information you choose to send.
Any future opt-in diagnostics will be scoped to app stability and will not include video content, screenshots, URLs, window titles, file paths, or account identifiers.
Support Email
If you contact support, VisionFlow Apps receives the information you choose to include in your email, such as your email address, message, attachments, and device details you provide.
Purchases
If FlowCap is distributed through the Mac App Store, purchases are handled by Apple. VisionFlow Apps does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
