Recording content and permissions
Video and audio are saved to the recording location on your Mac. FlowCap does not upload video, screenshots, window content, or recording files to VisionFlow. Screen recording permission enables screen and system audio capture; microphone permission is used when you choose to record your voice. You can revoke permissions in System Settings.
Diagnostics
This version has no third-party analytics or automatic crash-upload service. The app handles errors locally. Apple may process App Store or TestFlight diagnostics under your settings and its policies. Feedback you choose to send through TestFlight is shared with the developer by Apple.
Contacting support
When you email support, VisionFlow receives your email address, message, and any files or device information you include to handle your request. Please avoid private recordings. Contact our privacy address to ask about or request deletion of support information; we will verify your request and explain applicable retention limits.
Purchases and this website
FlowCap 1.5 does not require a purchase or subscription. This policy describes the app’s data handling. Visiting this website and using email also involves the hosting and email providers’ policies; it does not mean network services produce no access logs.
